Say cheese

Cheese, cheese the musical food. The more you eat, the more you—oh, wait. That’s the bean song.
I wish there was a song for cheese. Why? Because I LOVE it. Who doesn’t? From macaroni to baked potatoes, cheese just makes everything better. Of course, we all know cheese’s major and unavoidable dairy downfall: F.A.T. But before you shun that Colby or Muenster from your diet altogether, remember that cheese sometimes gets a bad “wrap”.
Of course there’s fat on that cheese label. But look closer and you’ll see that cheese is also brimming with the calcium, protein and nutrients your body needs for a healthy diet. Furthermore, the fat found in your favorite variety is often the good and wholesome kind. (And don’t forget abut the low-fat and non-dairy types out there.)
