Align Barre Class
Align Barre Class is a high-energy workout that builds muscle, burns fat and helps you strive toward a more lean and fit you. Perfect for all levels, this class combines the stretching and muscle toning movements of Pilates and yoga, the strengthening and sculpting principles of ballet PLUS an energetic cardio workout. The class is broken into sections, each of them focusing on one of the four disciplines. Classes are done in bare feet and incorporate the ballet barre and various props. Please bring your own yoga mat…and come prepared to move!
Pilates is the foundation of the Align Barre class. This class will help to deepen your core connection by spending a full 30 minutes on mat pilates work.
