Our Pilates/ Kettlebell Fusion Series combines the precision and flexibility of Pilates with the strength and cardiovascular endurance of Kettlebell training. Classes are instructed by Amber Ellison Walker, experienced Pilates/Kettlebell instructor and certified personal trainer.
