Baby Classes

Now that your little one is here and the challenges of pregnancy and childbirth are past it is time to get back in tune with your body. You may notice a lot of changes in your body after pregnancy; increased body weight, center of gravity off kilter, loose joints, or overstretched hips. In addition, your mental state may have shifted too; lethargic, moody, and over tired.

Baby Pilates

This class is designed for mom’s to continue their stretching and strengthening routine. This class is also for mom’s who are new to stretching and strengthening and are eager to get started. Baby Pilates will focus on abdominal strength, proper body alignment, and stress relief all while bonding with your baby.

Babies 6 weeks to 8 months are encouraged to come. Mom’s who have had a cesarean are asked to wait 8-10 weeks post delivery and should ask their doctor’s permission before attending class.

Prenatal Yoga

Your body is going through a tremendous amount of change throughout your pregnancy both physically and mentally. It is important to take care of your mind and body so that you will be energized, relaxed, and strong during this exciting time.

Prenatal yoga is a great way to embrace your evolving body and bond with your baby. Through a series of postures, calming breath, and relaxing imagery this class is designed to stretch and tone the body while calming the mind and restoring the energy.
