Pilates Mat Classes | Pilates Reformer Classes

The Pilates Method is a complete fitness program designed to uniformly condition the body by strengthening the core muscles; abdominals, lower back and pelvis.

Strengthening “the core” generates a balance and coordination between strength, flexibility, muscular, and mental activity; all of which place the body in proper alignment.

Pilates promotes heightened body awareness, decompression of the joints, healthy breathing, body length, range and ease of body movement; thereby resulting in a body with overall strength and flexibility, that is less prone to chronic pain and injury.
