Stretch Classes

Stretching your body is the single most important thing one can do to reduce stress, promote circulation, and help facilitate proper body alignment of the body. More and more we are sitting at desks, working on computers, talking on cell phones, or standing on our feet for long periods of time. All of this causes back and neck pain, tight hips and hamstrings. Even if you bike, play tennis, golf, run etc…your body and mind needs to move and stretch in all positions to stay healthy and injury free.

Prana Stretch

This class is designed to help you breath, meditate, and stretch. Class size is small. Two instructors guide you through a series of stretches and assist you deeper into the stretch with hands on assistance and massage. This class is an Align Pilates original and will leave you relaxed and calm.
