Prana Stretch Classes

Stretching your body is the single most important thing one can do to reduce stress, promote circulation, and help facilitate proper body alignment of the body. More and more we are sitting at desks, working on computers, talking on cell phones, or standing on our feet for long periods of time. All of this causes back and neck pain, tight hips and hamstrings. Even if you bike, play tennis, golf, run etc…your body and mind needs to move and stretch in all positions to stay healthy and injury free.

Prana Stretch Class

This class is designed to help you breathe, meditate, and stretch. Class size is small. Two to three instructors guide you through a series of stretches and assist you deeper into the stretch with hands-on assistance and massage. This class is an Align Pilates original and will leave you relaxed and calm.

Prana Stretch Date Night

Share your Prana! Now you can share the gentle, connective, and heart-opening experience of Prana Stretch with someone else. Invite your friend or your sweetie and make it a date night….Prana Stretch Style! These special classes are led by our amazing Pranassage Practitioner and Prana-Stretch Instructor, Jenni Roberts. This class will incorporate all the Prana Stretch essentials; oils, incense, candles, and special to Friday nights only……LIVE MUSIC with special musical guests! Date night is perfect for couples, partners, friends, and family. It’s all about the love!

 

Fridays (7pm-8:15pm)
Cost: $20 per person/10% off for members
