Yoga Classes
Vinyasa Yoga is movement linked with breath and is often described as a “moving meditation.” This form of yoga is designed to sychronize your breath with your moving yoga postures. The breath coordinated with movement will create an internal heat in the body that propmotes blood flow and circulation. Students will stretch while they are moving, therefore, not only is the body opening it is also developing stanima and strength simoultaneously. Vinyasa Yoga allows for variety and the instructor will not follow the same sequence of postures in each class or private.
Align Yoga Basic Flow
Calling all beginners! This yoga class will ease you gracefully to your mat and leave you feeling both relaxed and energized. You will explore the basic fundamentals of yoga including breath, meditation, and basic asanas (poses) and sequenced flow. This class welcomes all levels of experience and please bring your own mat. Classes are 60 minutes.
Align Yoga Open Flow
This Vinyasa-based yoga class emphasizes the importance of proper alignment and full breath while exploring your range of movement; allowing your yoga practice to deepen on all levels. Class flows at a challenging pace for the experienced yogi however, beginners are welcome as modifications for beginning students will be given. If you are new to yoga we recommend taking 10 Align Basic Flow classes before moving on to Align Open Flow.
Align Yoga Detox Flow
Clear your body, mind, and spirit and get a fresh start to your week with Align’s new Detox Flow. This class is designed for all levels of yoga experience and includes essential oils and meditation to give you the ultimate yogaahhhh experience.
Candle Light Yoga
This class is meant to restore the body, mind, and spirit. Candle Light Yoga combines many elements of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, deep relaxation, and meditation in a nurturing and relaxed environment. Asanas are linked by breath to create a “moving meditation” with the body to calm the mind, soothe tired muscles, and recharge the body. This class welcomes all levels of experience.

Chakra Workshop with Sofia Lorraine

Chakras, or “wheel of light” in Sanskrit, are subtle energy centers that direct life force energy (prana) for physical and spiritual well being. They represent aspects of who we are, how and what we think and feel, and our ability to change, grow and transform. Through each charka we gain a deeper understanding about how we experience life, and why we experience it the way we do; how we perceive reality and why; and how we relate to ourselves, others and society. Come learn all about each of these seven chakras and how they affect you personally. It is a great tool to add to your yoga practice! Cost: $45 Pre-Registration Required
