Share your Prana! Now you can share the gentle, connective, and heart-opening experience of Prana Stretch with someone else. Invite your friend or your sweetie and make it a date night….Prana Stretch Style! These special classes are led by our amazing Pranassage Practitioner and Prana-Stretch Instructor, Jenni Roberts. THis class will incorporate the ran Stretch essentials; oils, incense, candles, and special to Friday nights only……LIVE MUSIC with Emilie Hance! Whether you are new to Align Barre or an advanced student, the BARRE BASICS SERIES is for YOU! This 6-week series will breakdown the components to the Align Barre Class so you can build strength and endurance in no time. Learn prefect form to ensure you are getting the most BANG for your BUCK! All levels are welcome.

Barre Teacher Training

March 2-4

RAISE your Barre to the next level with Align Pilates Barre Teacher Training! Learn how to teach the hottest new workout with Align”s exclusive 18 hour training. We will explore the principles of pilates, ballet, cardio, and yoga and how to tie them together with great music and energy to create a challenging total body workout!

Requirements:

Participants must take 10 barre classes before the training weekend.

Participants must observe 2 barre classes before the training.

Participants must come to the full 18 hour training weekend and complete requirments above to obtain a certificate of completion.

Pilates 101 Series

Reformer 101

Calling all beginners! If you are new to Pilates and wondering where to start, this is a perfect series for you. Pilates is known for strengthening the core, developing long lean muscle, and increasing energy and vitality by focusing on the breath. The reformer provides finely tuned exercise resistance that allows one to work very precisely to develop good alignment, core strength, and flexibility. If you are curious to see what Pilates reformer is all about….this is the series for you!

Chair 101

Come work the Pilates principles on the “home reformer”, otherwise known as the Wunda Chair in our NEW 6-week Wunda Chair 101 series. Learn basic chair exercises and more while focusing on proper form and alignment. We promise you’ll leave with confidence on the chair and a super strong powerhouse! Pilates Workshops

Foam Roller Workshop with Adrienne Fitzmaurice

Sunday, February 26 1:30pm-3:30pm

Sign up for this fun and innovative class and learn all the wonderful things you can do for your body with the Foam Roller! Students will learn different massage techniques using the roller to help reduce tight muscles, body tension, and increase blood flow. Students will also learn and experience various Pilates exercises that can be done with the roller to create decompression, core strength and stability throughout the body. All levels welcome! Class is 2 hours and has the option to include a brand new foam roller to be used during workshop and to take home! Students must bring their own yoga mat.

Pilates For Pregnancy with Julie Rose

Sunday, March 11th 1:30-3:30pm

Pregnant? Or just interested in how to work with a pregnant client? This workshop is for you! Exercise plays an important role in the health and well-being of a pregnant woman. Although there are a number of physical changes that take place during pregnancy, many Pilates exercises can still be done with modification to make sure mom and baby are safe and feeling great. Come learn about the physical changes that occur and what to watch out for that may change or limit exercise abilities. Finally, we will finish the workshop with a class designed to challenge and inspire you to keep moving during pregnancy and beyond, so please bring a mat with you and be prepared to move.
