Gyrotonic® Pre-training
Completion of the Gyrotonic® Pre-Training course is a pre requisite to enter the Foundation Course at any other studio. Align Pilates offers the Pre-training course to students who are interested in learning more about Gyrotonic® or to those who plan to sign up for the Foundation Course at another studio and pursue their teacher certification in Gyrotonic®.
The Pre-Training course will introduce students to the material that they will receive in the Foundation Course if they choose to pursue their certification. The purpose of the Pre-training course is to learn and integrate the information into the student’s body and familiarize students with the Pulley Tower System.
Course is 20-30hr.
Cost $1000
Pre-training courses are offered throughout the year.
