Stretching your body and breath awareness are two of the most important things one can do to reduce stress, promote circulation, and help facilitate proper body alignment of the body. More and more we are sitting at desks, working on computers, talking on cell phones, or standing on our feet for long periods of time. All of this causes back and neck pain, tight hips and hamstrings. Even if you bike, play tennis, golf, run etc…your body and mind needs to move and stretch in all positions to stay healthy and injury free.
Prana Stretch Class
This class is designed to help you breathe, meditate, and stretch. Class size is small. Two instructors guide you through a series of stretches and assist you deeper into your prana and stretch with hands-on assistance and massage. This class is an Align Pilates original and will leave you relaxed and calm.
If you are looking for a personal, one-on-one experience, we offer Pranassage here at Align. Pranassage is the creative synthesis of Yoga and bodywork that produces deep relaxation in the body and mind. The practitioner will move you through a series of full body movements which will stretch and nurture your body, mind and spirit.
