Certified Pilates Teacher
Linda Subera is a certified Pilates instructor through the Align Pilates Teacher Certification Program 2005.
Linda has been interested in fitness all of her life, participating in aerobics, biking, rollerblading, skiing, and swing dancing. She discovered Pilates in 2001 and from the first mat class she attended, she felt stronger, more flexible, and invigorated. Linda was hooked! Pilates was the natural progression in her exercise routine. She decided to become an instructor to expand her knowledge of the Pilates Method, an innovative approach to wellness that develops muscle strength while increasing flexibility and elevating the mind and spirit.
Through teaching, Linda hopes to help others experience the same wonders of Pilates as she has experienced. This includes focusing on your “core” to develop stability and body awareness and learning how effective breathing will improve your overall physical health and energize you. Her goal is to inspire and empower her clients to be in control of their body, health and well-being, while taking into consideration their individual needs and lifestyles.
Linda also works in the corporate world as a computer software specialist. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Cum Laude with a BS in Mathematics and Biology.
