Mary Sullivan

Prnassage & Thai Massage Therapist

Mary has been practicing bodywork for ten years, since she graduated from Aveda in 1998.  As travelling has always been her passion, she moved to Portugal later that year, where she worked in a spa and continued her studies.  Her practice began to take more of a holistic approach adding Reiki and growing from the foundation of Ayurvedic treatments.  Since moving back to Minneapolis in 2001, she has continued learning more modalities: herbal remedies, Cranio-sacral, Pranassage, and Traditional Thai massage.  In 2004 she spent a few months in Costa Rica at the Nosara Yoga Institute studying Pranassage, a creative fusion of therapy and yoga encouraging exploration of one’s body.  In 2006, she studied Thai massage at Wat Po Traditional Medical School in Bangkok, Thailand.  Wat Po, the official library of the King, houses all documentation of the Thai traditions of health and healing and is respected as the standard for Thai massage training.  She combines each of these healing methods with an intuition of what the body requires and an appreciation for wellness.
