Michelle Janowiec

After studying and practicing Pilates for six years, Michelle knew she wanted to share her love of Pilates by becoming a teacher. In May, 2010 she completed the year long, comprehensive program through Align Pilates. She taught throughout the year while in the training program and is now an instructor at the studio.
Michelle has a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals – no matter where they’re at in their health journey. As a runner and cyclist, she understands the importance of balancing workouts with Pilates, Yoga and strength training; not only for the physical body, but the mind and spirit as well.
