Thai Massage
Thai Massage uses passive stretching and gentle pressure along the body’s energy lines to increase flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension and balance the body’s energy systems. It is both deeply relaxing and energizing. Therapists use their hands and feet to place you and massage you into different positions.
Thai Massage are done on the floor on comfortable mats and blankets. You the receiver should come in long loose fitting pants (sweats) and a long sleeve t-shirt.
