Breathing is the heart of The Pilates Method, but often the most difficult to master. In this workshop you will learn and practice techniques to heat, energize, cleanse, cool, and calm the body.
You will also learn basic concepts of the anatomy of breathing; what muscles to engage to deepen your breath, three dimensional breathing, and how breath into the back.
Benefit from these techniques and use the breath to balance your energy, soften emotions and mental stress, as well as awaken and focus your mind.
