Yoga literally means to yoke or unify the body, mind, and spirit. During asana practice, breath is the essential focus used to quiet the mind, restore the body, and nourish the soul. At Align, we want each student to discover their own unique practice in a safe and nurturing environment. Our intention is to help you find a balance of movement, breath, and meditation in each class that leaves you feeling invigorated, cleansed, and relaxed!


Yoga Open Flow

This Vinyasa (to place with intention) yoga class emphasizes the importance of proper alignment and breath. You will explore your full range of movement in a fluid way and create space for your asana practice to deepen on all levels. Class flows at a challenging pace for most yoga practitioners. Beginners are welcome; our teachers are qualified to offer appropriate modifications for new students so that they may experience a safe and challenging class!

Yoga Candle Light Flow

This class is designed to restore the body, mind, and spirit. Candle Light Yoga combines various elements of Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, deep relaxation, and meditation in a nurturing and peaceful environment. In this class, we work to link breath and movement to create the experience of a moving meditation. This experience helps to calm the mind, soothe tired muscles, and recharge the body. This class welcomes all levels of experience.

Yoga Detox Flow

Clear your body, mind, and spirit and get a fresh start to your week with Align’s Detox Flow. In this class, you will twist and turn your way through a sequence of yoga postures designed to create the most beneficial detox experience. This class is designed for all levels of yoga experience and includes essential oils and meditation to give you the ultimate yogahhhh experience.

Hula Hoop Yoga with Greta Ertl

Hoop Yoga is a blend of two mind/body exercises. This class follows the outline of a yoga class– beginning and ending the same way, the difference is that you will learn hula hoop “tricks” and build up to challenging postures using the hoop as a prop. The hula hoop is a timeless creation that helps to build core strength, stability, balance, concentration, toned muscles, and more! It’s a fun way to get fit and use your body in a new and playful way. This class helps you to reawaken your inner child and let go! Hula hoop tricks combined with a yoga practice allows for a balanced fusion of stretching, cardio, and muscle toning. It’s a great workout for all body types and fitness levels.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga creates balance within our typically hectic and demanding lives by bringing us into a space of stillness and silence. While moving slowly (2-8 minutes per posture) and intentionally from one Yin posture to the next, you create the space and allow the time to open deeply within your body and mind. A Yin Yoga practice allows for connective tissue (fascia) to release, opening energy channels (meridian lines) and filling you with an overall sense of ease.

Yoga LIVE!

One Friday a Month 7pm-8:15pm

Yoga LIVE! is a 75 minute powerful mix of inspiring movement, meditation, and breath work set to a live sound scape of beautiful music accompaniment. The practice will leave you re-energized, rejuvenated, and awakened. This class is open to all levels.
